Wedding Venues Limerick (Town)

We recently got married in Adare and had our reception at the Dunraven Arms Hotel - I can't speak highly enough about this hotel for a wedding. It has the perfect mix of charm, luxury and character as well as really great service and delicious food. When we were planning our wedding, two things were top of our list - (1) the food and (2) that our guests would feel looked after on the day. As soon as we met with Louis and had our tour of the hotel, we knew it was right for us. Everything went smoothly on the day, and our guests all enjoyed it immensely. We didn't have to worry about a thing as Hugh, Louis, Julie and the team had it under control. The accommodation is excellent, service was top notch and nothing is too much to ask. We had a lot of little queries and special requests for our guests and everything was arranged perfectly for us - we couldn't have asked for more. I generally don't take the time to write such long reviews but I so highly recommend this location if you are looking for a mix of character, charm, luxury, good service and excellent food for your big day.

I just wanted to email you both to say a huge thank-you for everything you did to make our day so great! We enjoyed every moment and it did turn out to be a relaxed day for both of us (probably my bridesmaids weren’t so relaxed but I know they had a good time too..) Thank you so much for putting together all the little last-minute things that we had left as well, so many people commented on all the ‘little details’ that were around the place and everyone simply adored Ballyscullion Park. For my family it was somewhere very ‘different’ from normal as the usual wedding is in a hotel. Everyone loved the garden and I see that my flip-flop idea was a good one although perhaps I should have got more! It’s a beautiful space and it was perfect for us. I think for sure, some of my family will be passing on to their friends and families the good impressions of Ballyscullion and hopefully you get many more weddings in the future! We married here in this gorgeous hotel. It was our 2nd time around so we really wanted to have an intimate day as we only had 30 guests and this is exactly what we wished for. The ceremony was extra special to us with a fabulous registrar (Helen) and the room looked gorgeous for us. We had a superb meal in the restaurant after. The service and attention to detail was just outstanding. We dealt with Shirley for the planning and she was just wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone - well done to you all at the hotel - a fantastic venue!

What can we say about Friday only it was more than we could have ever hoped for. You and your staff had it down to a fine art. Everyone seems to be raving about it and everyone had a super time. To Management & Staff, I just had to drop you a mail to say a huge thank you for making my daughter, Jennifer’s wedding reception so perfect last Thursday 8th August. I have to say that everything surpassed our expectations. The food could not have been any better, everyone there commented on how good it was. The room looked amazing, the service and staff were first class. We could not have chosen a better venue. I have to say a huge thank you to Barry and Jamie, for all their help and patience, they made it all happen without any fuss.
