Our 3 Days in Kenmare

As a newly married couple we can not rate Kenmare Bay Hotel & staff highly enough for all they done for us on the day & months leading up to the big day. From the start dealing with Sile we got excited. She is a lady & we new from the first time meeting her she was going to make things very easy and straight forward for us both. She made sure all the fine details were secured and she made it so exciting as she just knew the run of it. Tom took over then & to say took over he literally did. We left him at it as you just knew he would look after everything. On the day all out guests spoke so highly of the top class & friendly service and our guests are still talking about the amazing food. It was a pleasure dealing with Hanneke from Reservations as we had a lot of people travelling & staying. She made sure everyone was looked after . We really cannot thank the Kenmare Bay and staff enough for all their help & for making the 1st of April so special for us. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 days in Kenmare & look forward to returning shortly . X

Declan and I had our wedding reception at the amazing Kenmare bay hotel in June 17th 2016. Our day was amazing from start to finish, the staff at the hotel could not be anymore accomadating then they were. All our guests enjoyed and complimented a fabulous meal. The service was second to none. The Kenmare bay pulled out all the stops to make our day the best day of our lives, dreams really do come true and that is due to the kenmare bay and their fantastic staff. Fiona & Declan Lucas

What can I Say!

What can i say about a hotel that has it all. The Kenmare Bay Hotel is exceptional!! From the moment that we went to view the hotel for our wedding venue to the days after the wedding, the staff, the service and the atmosphere has just been second to none. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and our reception room was picture perfect. Tom, Alan and Sile are a credit to deal with, so on hand and so helpful. The attention to detail is excellent. The food at the hotel and for our reception was divine. Family and friends are still talking about how good the food was from the lovely tender meat to the creamy mash patatoe. The kenmare Bay has fantastic packages and Id recommend them in a heartbeat. the hotel also has fantastic facilities for kids so there's no fear of them getting bord. I can't wait to go back and stay again in the future.

Everything was just as we imagined it to be

First of all, we are both so glad that we chose Kenmare Bay Hotel as our wedding venue. From first contact right throught to checking out after the wedding, all the staff were super helpful and professional. We had hoped for a very relaxed atmosphere at the reception and this is exactly what we got. Everything ran very smoothly on the day, and a lot of our guests have commented on this.
I have to compliment Tom Meagher in particular. Although he wasnt working on the day, all of our requests and his suggestions were passed on to Andrew so that everything went exactly as hoped. The food tasted absolutely amazing and was exactly the same as our menu tasting. I have heard many stories from couples where the food on the wedding day was not up to the standard of the menu tasting but i am glad to say that was definitely not the case with us. All in all, I really cant sing your praises enough. Mark and i were both absolutely delighted with the day that you gave us. All the staff did you very proud and they are the hotel's best advertisement.
We cant wait to return for our anniversary.

The Perfect Day!

The Kenmare Bay have given us a day to remember. The compliments we received from our guests really made our day. The food was fantastic. We had a few with dietary requirements & Tom and his team looked after them without fuss. Our wedding day was seamless and surpassed our every expectation. Tom is a efficient wedding co-coordinator and the hotel has exceptional service, one that would in my option be very hard to find in a different venue. Taking care of our beauty needs just before our big day we headed to the spa. The attention to detail and relaxing services on offer was just what we needed. Our therapist was knowledgeable and very professional. I only wished I lived nearer to avail of the services more often! The little surprises the hotel organised for you is lovely! (I don't want to spoil it!) We had family staying in the lodges,cottages and hotel. The rooms are designed with luxury in mind. As I'm sure with all weddings the age bracket is from young to mature. The Kenmare Bay Hotel caters to everyone. We couldn't recommend this Hotel and Tom enough. It was a pleasure to deal with a professional, efficient service and I can't wait to go back for a luxury relaxing wk end, only slightly different from our wedding but I'm positive it won't disappoint! March 16th 2013
