Castleknock Hotel will be hosting a Virtual Tour Wedding Evening on Thursday 17th June. With our innovative virtual showaround, you can enjoy a private tour of Castleknock Hotel from the comfort and safety of your own home, while we meet virtually ‘face to face’ and answer any questions you may have.

Our next in person Wedding Evening will be held on Thursday 15th July which will allow you to come and view the venue as it would be on your 'Big Day'.

From the running of the big event itself, to adding your personal finishing touches in our newly refurbished ballroom, our dedicated wedding team will work with you throughout the entire process of planning and organising your wedding to create an unforgettable day that is free from stress, allowing you to enjoy the magic of your special occasion.

With all your guests under one roof, exchange your vows here with us in one of our beautiful ceremony spaces which can welcome up to 160 guests. Once you’ve tied the knot, it’s time for the celebrations to really begin. Toast your new beginnings at a shimmering welcome reception hosted in our award-winning restaurant, Earth & Vine, before moving into our elegant Phoenix Suite for dinner and dancing long into the night.

With 190 bedrooms at Castleknock Hotel, your guests have the option of celebrating into the early hours without the worry of finding their way back home, with a newlywed bedroom rate available on selected rooms. This can also give you the option of prolonging the festivities and savouring the occasion with friends and family for even longer by relaxing with a laid-back BBQ the next day.

Available all year round, our Castleknock Premium Option offers some particularly luxurious touches, choice of floral dressed candelabras and gold Lady Victoria Chairs. In addition to this, we offer a ‘Winter Themed’ option if you are interested in having your wedding between November and February.

Thank you, Castleknock Hotel

I and my husband Tony would like to thank every single member of staff in the Castleknock Hotel for making our day absolutely perfect. From start to finish the team at the hotel were amazing and everything went wonderfully on the day and without a glitch. I would like to especially mention Lorraine who was our wedding coordinator from start to finish and as a bit of a control freak myself, I can say, hand on heart, I knew I could trust her with everything from day 1! There was nothing Lorraine didn’t do for us to make sure we had an amazing day. Also on the day itself Simon was brilliant, he was great with everyone including the kids who were doing flower girls for us and he was a good laugh too! From the ceremony room to the reception room everything was decorated perfectly and nothing was out of place at all. All of the waiters and waitresses and bar staff were brilliant, and the food itself was second to none.

A dream come through

We had the most amazing day in Castleknock Hotel..it is a 4* Hotel but I would rate it 5*...A dream come true..we fell in love with the venue from the moment we walked through their door..it is a stunning venue with the most professional team of staff..a joy and pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend it as your dream venue for your very special day.

We would highly recommend Castleknock Hotel

From myself and my new husband we would like to thank you so much for helping plan our wedding day! It was absolutely fantastic! Lorraine and the team were brilliant from day one so easy to work with nothing was to big of an ask! I got ready in the hotel on the morning of the wedding and it was so well planned and executed I has nothing to worry about! The room was beyond what we both could of possibly dreamt of, it was magical! Everything about the hotel room food was excellent! We had a little party the day after and again it was brilliant we were looked after so well even when we left on the Saturday morning!
We would highly recommend Castleknock hotel for future brides and grooms.

Best day of our lives

Just a quick note to say thank you for all your help and support all the way up to our wedding. We had the best day of our lives on Sunday and we'll always be grateful to you for helping us make it happen. Everyone had a ball and didn't have a bad word to say about anything. From the food to the staff who were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. It's true what Alex said in his speech about you, you're a knight in shining armour and you definitely were to me helping me get into my dress.
Lorraine we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us throughout our planning. Thanks again for all your help, support and understanding.

Brilliant two days at Castleknock Hotel

We had a brilliant two days here for our wedding in August. Highly recommend this venue to anyone . From the help from Lorraine and Simon which they couldn't of done a better job, all of the staff on the day were so friendly and helpful and made sure there was no problems at all and made the day go so smoothly . Thank you all so much . Hopefully we get to attend a wedding here yourself to experience it all again

To say we had an amazing day was an understatement

Sonia and I got married in the lovely Castleknock Hotel last Saturday, 2nd September. To say we had an amazing day was an understatement. Every member of your team from reception to waiting staff to managers were exceptional in their duties – but were they shone was the lovely and sincere manner that they carried out their roles. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone checked in with us over the course of the weekend to see if we were ok or needed anything. We just wanted to tell you, like any proud parent would want to know, that we know your Castleknock family are fantastic.
Big credit to Simon and all the lovely bar and floor staff who rallied around for us on Saturday, especially in to the late evening. I should also mention Lorraine O’Toole for looking after all of our guests reservations and keeping us updated with rooming lists. We have one person in particular to mention, that has been with us through the start of our wedding journey with Castleknock – Ms Lorraine Coyle. What an absolute credit to you she is. Nothing was ever too much trouble whenever we met with Lorraine, not to mention all of the many emails she answered in between. I can honestly say she was absolutely brilliant on the day, we followed her direction and let her lead us when needed – such was our complete faith and trust in her.

What can we say about this… EVERYTHING went amazingly. Each and every staff member over the two days were outstanding and a credit to the hotel and Guy. He has a fantastic team of staff and a well-oiled machine in the hotel !

The food was exceptional every person we spoke to raved about the quality and taste of the food was exceptional. Bar staff in both days were excellent , there was never a long wait time or a long que.

Throughout our whole experience from organising the wedding to our wedding day and the days after the wedding the one thing that stood out the most for us was the STAFF, each and every individual we dealt with from the reception team to floor staff , event managers and the background team were absolutely brilliant and we cannot thank you all enough. Our guests were blown away by the staff and the service they provided and it was relayed back to us by each and every person we spoke too. Guy has an exceptional team with him and it really does show through the service and hospitality of the staff. Coming from the hospitality industry I know I look out for stuff that others wouldn’t necessarily notice ,,, but there was genuinely nothing we could even begin to fault throughout the two years of planning the wedding right up until the wedding day. The day was fantastic and that was down to Castleknock hotel and its staff. We could not have chosen a better venue for our day.
