A bride's essential 'Emergency Kit'- everything you will need in case of a wedding day disaster!
Below is a good emergency kit, taken from advice from other bride’s, that will help you out in case of an emergency on the big day. It should be left in your dressing/changing room so that you have easy access and will be given to a mother, bridesmaid or guest to take along to the reception.
Health
Plasters/bandaids
Smelling salts
Aspirin, Tylenol, or Advil
Tampons, pads
Antihistamine, cold remedy
Sun tan lotion (if significant activities will be outdoors)
Any prescription medications
Antacid
Hard sweets (better than medicinal scent of cough-drops)
Beauty/Grooming
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Perfume
Kleenex
Make-up
Hand lotion, handi-wipes
Dusting powder for before pictures are taken,
Hair spray, brush, barrettes and/or bobby pins
Nail polish in shade worn, & remover
Small hand towel
Attire
Tights/pantyhose (extras in case anything happened)
Masking tape (last-minute ripped hems)
Small sewing kit, including thread for all dresses, wedding party
