I can't recommend Gina from Simply Elegant Cakes enough. the cake was fantastic, it looked great, it tasted great & Gina was lovely to deal with.

Everything from the initial consultation right through to the wedding day was perfect. You could not have done more for us, you made everything so easy from the selection of the cake, which was personally my favourite part, right through to the delivery of the cake on the day. I did not have to worry for even a second. I could not believe how stunning and perfect the cake was when I saw it on the day, it was exactly as you said it would be if not better. The taste was also perfect, everyone was raving about how gorgeous it tasted. Personally the fudge was my favourite so I asked the hotel to cut that last so I could take some home.
